The Rhythm of the Beach is a joyful, poetic exploration of the changing seasons, moods and, natural wonders to be discovered at the beach. It celebrates the serenity found when we connect with ourselves through nature and will appeal to children 7 years and older (and parents or grandparents looking to encourage an interest in nature). It is written it in a simple, poetic style which is brought to life by vibrant, coloured, Japanese zen inspired illustrations. The book concludes with a couple of poems inviting the reader to connect with nature as a way to learn about and connect with themselves.
